Q: I like one of your software packages, but I will need an additional feature for it to work well with my company. Would it be possible for you to add my needed feature?

A: Yes! CRS Inc. can customize one of its existing software packages to fit your needs. There will be an additional charge for this service at a pro-rated rate.

Q: What kind of fees will I have to pay to operate your program in my business setting?

A: None. There are no fees involved since all information is held on your computers and NOT sent to a server.

Q: Cards are considered expensive by many, are yours expensive and how often would I have to re-order them

A: Not as often as with most companies. Our cards are re-usable. When you use up a card simply put it back in your card inventory and re-issue the card to a new customer. The information for the OLD customer and the NEW customer are BOTH saved in your database for use later. Cards are sold based upon quantity ordered, colors involved, etc. Feel free to call us for a quote.

Q: My company uses a PC based point-of-sale program. Can True Rewards Unlimited.NET be integrated into it so my company only has to deal with one set of logs?

A: If the point-of-sale program (or other application) has a **pSDK (plug-in development kit), Custom Retail Solutions Inc. can create a plug-in that will add True Rewards Unlimited functionality.

Q: My company has multiple locations, can a card issued at one store be used at another?

A: Yes! If your computers are networked together. If not CRS Inc. offers "smart card solutions" that allow for merchant to issue cards at one location and redeem them at a different location. CRS Inc.'s software also supports connectivity with a MySQL database server that will allow multiple locations to share the same database.

Q: My company already has an existing MySQL server, can I just add the product-specific database to my own server?

A: Yes you can! CRS Inc. will send you an backup '.sql' file that can be restored to your company's MySQL server.

Q: My company does not have a 'server' class computer to run MySQL on. Do you build servers?

A: Yes! If necessary, CRS Inc. can build a MySQL server to suit your company's needs. The company will be responsible for all parts, software licenses, and labor.

Q: My company doesn't want to host the database, does CRS Inc. provide database hosting?

A: Yes! If necessary, CRS Inc. can host your company's database on a remote server that can be accessed by all of your locations via an internet connection. Your database will remain completely private. Your company will also be billed monthly for used server bandwidth and disk space.

Q: If I have a completely custom solution developed, do I get the source code along with the finished product?

A: No. CRS Inc.'s custom solutions will incorporate sensitive intellectual property that can not be released to the public. It is also against CRS Inc.'s license agreement to attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any of its products (custom or not). If your company has a problem with this, please do not use CRS Inc. for custom solution development.
