Custom Retail Solutions, Inc. does not warrant that the functions contained in the software or portable terminal products will meet your specific requirements or that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. And, it is the responsibility of the customer that their specific use of all or any portion of the products or services sold herein does not infringe on local laws, acts, regulations, patents or other third party rights. Entering into the purchase of this product constitutes acceptance of these terms by the customer.
